Do you work in rural social enterprise or rural community development? Join SEWF’s first-ever virtual Rural Forum to connect and learn from rural social enterprises from around the world.
The rural forum will now take place on 27th & 28th October.
Social enterprises are often the glue that keeps rural communities together yet face a range of challenges different to those in urban communities. That's why Social Enterprise World Forum (SEWF) is partnering with leading rural social enterprises in Canada, Australia, Scotland, India and elsewhere to create this event to support, connect and build the rural social enterprise community.
As part of their 2021 events programme, they will be spotlighting Canada, while also addressing priorities and issues of social enterprise from around the world. Topics will include:
Young people in rural communities and the next generation
Community land and land and asset ownership
Environment and climate change
Rural leadership
Indigenous community-based models
